Similar case in that, this tech only exists because LLMs exist. But unlike charts this is critical infra and needs to be understood and verifiably correct.

I'll split this up into smaller reviewable steps.

Address review: drop the full MVP implementation; keep only a human-reviewable README (privacy model, Electrum XEC CashFusion compare/contrast, end state, benefits, sliced roadmap) and SPEC.md. No package, tests, or CI wiring in this diff.
