alp-dex uses three addresses to simplify accounting and inventory management.
"seller" -- this is where we keep inventory and postage stamps required for alp-dex trades. The wallet should have same-size token UTXOs according to config.json settings and postage stamps; that's it.
When this wallet receives txs that are not related to alp-dex operations (random airdrops, token gifts, anything) -- they are classified as earned fees and forwarded to the fee wallet.
However, if a user say has a bunch of same-sized token UTXOs in the "seller" wallet that are not mentioned in config.json ... we don't necessarily want to send all of them to fees. These aren't really "earnings" of the node, they are more likely to be old inventory, maybe the server was started up with a typo in config.json. In this event, we should notify the operator, but not send potentially 100s or 1000s of UTXOs to the fee wallet.
AI description:
Same-size leftover token UTXOs on seller (≥10) look like a book this node used to trade. Leave them in place, log a warning, and Telegram ops. Odd XEC and small token leftovers still sweep to fee. Dedup the notice by pile key; reset when piles disappear; only advance after a successful send; skip while a send is in flight.
