rABC0833f652ad89: build: fix crossbuild for osx

Summary

In the context of internal CMake compiler tests, CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR is not the root of the monorepo. This seems to have changed when we bumped the minimum cmake version in D20574.

Fix the OSX_SDK_PATH in the toolchain file to avoid the following error

   /work/abc-ci-builds/build-osx/CMakeFiles/CMakeScratch/TryCompile-.../depends/SDKs/Xcode-15.0-15A240d-extracted-SDK-with-libcxx-headers
  because the directory does not exist.

try to fix the OSX_SDK_PATH (apparently CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR has an unexpected value during try_compile). Not sure what changed this behavior in the recent diffs
