The avalanche-park websocket integration test waited for 1
message then asserted both BLK_DISCONNECTED and TX_ADDED_TO_MEMPOOL.
When the tx msg lagged, shift() was undefined (D20595 CI flake). The
preceding mine step has the same wait-1/assert-2 race. Wait for 2
messages, matching other multi-msg cases in this file.
