Summary:
The more dropdown is a bit out of hand, so shuffling a few things around to even out the navbar

Make About a dropdown, and put blog, roadmap, careers, brand, and wallets in there
move explorer to tools

Test Plan: preview and check. Any other arrangement suggestions?
