Adding a link to e.cash in the footer to help with SEO/provide navigation to that site

Test Plan

Run the app and see if its there and looks good. And let me know if any other ideas for a good place to put it

Tested locally and it works fine.

Idea for placement: How about in the header, change to logo in the top left to "home" for the link back to the explorer home, and put the eCash logo in the center linking to e.cash?

Personally Im not crazy about that idea, feel like logo not in the top left looks a bit strange. And people may still instinctively click on the logo trying to get home. Could just add an "about" link next to the search bar that links to e.cash as another option...
