1.1.0 has been published to npmjs and is live. On reviewing the publish page, I noticed a few issues with what is rendered generated by certain entries in the package.json and README.md. Corrected those here.

A new version needs to be published for these changes to appear live at https://www.npmjs.com/package/ecashaddrjs , so version bumped.
