Make the blog link a top level entry

Think about where the users eyes travel when they look at a webpage. Highest value content is always top-ish, front-and-center. Lower value is down and/or off to the sides.

Developers tab definitely belongs on the side. Not all of our audience are devs.
Blog is targeted at the largest portion of our audience, so should be near the left side of the menu, along with Announcements.

IMO the order should be this:
Announcements, Blog, Download, Latest Roadmap, Developers
