rABCbab969716d1a: Add an exception for the TSAN lock-order-inversion on reverselock_tests

Summary

There appear to be a conflict between the reverselock_errors tests and
the rwcollection_tests (and maybe others). This only appears when
running several tests with test_bitcoin, so this is a conflict between
the tests and not in the node software.
