[ecash-coinselect] Add support for utxo format of chronik-client in-node

Summary:
ecash-coinselect ignores token utxos to not accidentally burn tokens.

Update this function to also ignore token utxo format from in-node chronik-client

Ref D15513 (large in progress diff for bringing in token support to ecash-coinselect and cashtab) and D15501 (where you can see the utxo format from chronik-client in-node)
