[Cashtab] [alias-server] [ecash-telegram-bot] Update chronik-client to patch bug in chronik.block

Summary:
T2978

Upgrade chronik-client to latest version in all modules where it is used

Test Plan:
cd web/cashtab, npm start, no issues
not necessary to test alias-server or tg-bot, i'll handle any issues there in future diffs
