[Cashtab] Expand mintAddress hash160 extraction unit tests to include BUX self mint txs

Summary: As per T2764, adding a BUX self mint mock tx to the mintAddress hash160 extraction unit test suite, and fixes up commenting.

Test Plan: npm test
