Description

[Chronik] Add build-chronik to CI builds

Summary: Currently only runs the target check-bitcoinsuite with BUILD_BITCOIN_CHRONIK=on. Additional targets building and testing the entire thing will be added in the future.

Test Plan: contrib/teamcity/build-configurations.py build-chronik
