[chronik-client] Patch version for CI publication with correct deps

Summary:
When 3.6.0 landed it did not auto-publish bc there was an "rc" published with the same number as not an rc version

I manually published 3.6.0 but forgot to install the npmjs ecashaddrjs first, so now the latest version does not have this

Patch bump to build and get the latest version correct using CI publishing

Test Plan: npm test
