[chronik-client] Fix dependency org issue

Summary:
Users of chronik-client will not have ecashaddrjs dependency installed automatically and will need to install it manually as a peer dep if they do not have it installed.

With this fix, it will be installed automatically when chronik-client users run npm i chronik-client
