[CI] Update the sha256 sum for the nodejs setup script

Summary:
Similar to D16435, upstream has been updated to fix a typo:

This installation method should be revised so it can be pinpointed, or it will keep breaking. For now, unbreak the CI.

Test Plan: Check the downloaded file has the expected content and the hash is correct.
