[Cashtab] Extension version bump

Summary: Bring extension in line with latest version of the web app (add token creation and bump version number)

Test Plan:
npm run extension

1. Open your web browser and navigate to brave://extensions (or chrome://extensions)
2. Enable dev mode and load the Cashtab extension by clicking "load unpacked" and selecting the web/cashtab/extension/dist folder (or update if you have already loaded it unpacked before)
3. Open the extension and ensure that wallet loads correctly (with same balance as before update)
4. Observe that token tab and token creation features are in app
5. Create a token to test the functionality
6. Send a BCHA and SLPA transaction
