[Cashtab] Extension version bump 1.1.2

Summary:
Regular version bump for Cashtab.

Going forward, will aim to get this release out every other week. Have been waiting for a few more key features in the chronik migration, but this should get out as is since it includes chronik utxo battery and chronik tx history, among other improvements from the last while.

Test Plan:
npm run extension
Navigate to chrome://extensions or brave://extensions and load the unpacked extension
Send and receive txs, navigate to screens, confirm nav menu hamburger works.
