[Cashtab] Extension version bump

Summary: There is no major feature associated with this for the extension, but I minor bumped the web wallet with the shareAddress feature, and we keep the extension minor version number lined up. Good to publish a new version of the extension anyway to get the last few other improvements.

Test Plan: proofread, npm run extension works
