Update antd to fix design issues

Summary: Correct loader icon epicycle orbit issue by upgrading antd. Refactor antd icons due to antd breaking change. Remove the Send button from home as it is duplicated in nav menu.

Test Plan:
npm install and npm start
Try sending a BCHA or SLPA transaction and note that the loader does not spin around itself.
Confirm that input fields and nav menu are okay.
