[Cashtab] Do not show non-ONESHOT offers on the NFT listings page

Summary: Before testing agora partial offers, want to make sure none appear on the active listings page. This should already be handled, as we do not expect any partial offers to possibly come up that are associated with group token ids. But, still, should be sure.
