[qt] Add support to search the address book

Summary:

This PR adds support to search the address book for both receiving and
sending addresses.

Test Plan:

make check

Start bitcoin-qt, go to File->Sending addresses.
Check the filter works as expected.
Repeat with the File->Receiving addresses
