Test Plan:
On master:

ninja
./bitcoind
./bitcoin-cli help > RPCs
./getrpchelps.sh RPCs master

Then on the patched branch:

ninja
./bitcoind
./getrpchelps.sh RPCs patched
./checkrpc.sh RPCs master patched rpcwallet3.diff

Verify changes in rpcwallet3.diff.
