Summary

bitcoind had previously been updated to use Berkeley DB 5.3 or greater,
however the macOS autoconf config was searching for Berkeley DB 4.x.

Test Plan

ad-hoc:
./configure did not complete on macOS prior to updating, it is
successful with the change

I have an issue with my local environment that requires me to re-create these patches (this and D1616). I am abandoning and re-creating.
