Summary

Making the finalized state for blocks and transactions more prominent per
https://reviews.bitcoinabc.org/T2908

  • use checkmark instead of "yes" on landing page page for final state
  • Add a pill indicator for final on headers of blocks and tx pages
  • remove the redundant final rows on those pages
  • copy tweak on transaction page: confirmations > blocks ago
