T527: Add Schnorr support to OP_CHECKSIG and OP_CHECKDATASIG

Summary

This allows script_tests builders to make schnorr signatures.
Also, it includes a variety of tests throwing schnorr signatures at checksig
checkdatasig checkmultisig and probing for correct failure (dependent on
strictenc etc.)
