See title. I created a new mailing list specifically for package maintainers
so we can reuse this list for all package distribution.

5 ↗	(On Diff #16871)	No. This is just to follow Debian policy. My understanding is this isn't prescriptive, so you and I will be able to upload as long as we're team members of the PPA.

5 ↗	(On Diff #16871)	Then it's probably better to use the name of the person that is more likely to upload the file. The point is that if someone has a question/request regarding the PPA and send it to this email you want it to reach the person that can answer the question.
