[Cashtab] [deprecate etoken addresses p3] Remove address switch on receive screen

Summary:

Depends on D12679

Remove etoken: addresses from Receive screen. Remove all styling and React logic associated with multiple address types.

Note: The next diff in this stack will add a user note explaining that etokens may now be sent to ecash: addresses. We'll take the note down a few weeks after the change lands.

Test Plan:
npm start
Navigate to the receive screen.
Copy address
Confirm it doesn't look too bad, given that it just needs to bridge before T2814 is carried out
