Revert "Fix the deprecation warnings from new boost versions"

Summary:
This reverts commit rABC0804f1a95b7a33ffd1f98f29f5138a8bd500109f.

The warning fixes from D13175 is not compatible with our version of boost from the static dependencies.
This commit can be added again after we bumped our static version and our build requirement for boost.

Test Plan: Run the cross builds on CI
