Install logos still have the Bitcoin B logo

Should be changed to either ABC logo, Bitcoin Cash logo, or at least "upward tilting" B, which is becoming identified with Bitcoin Cash (instead of the downward facing Bitcoin B)

I created an "upward tilting" B logo

files contrib/gitian-descriptors/*.yml need to be updated to point at Bitcoin ABC github, or phabricator, instead of Bitcoin Core Github

The .yml files were ABC-ified as of 24 Aug 2017

Some files still needing cleanup from Core remnants:

doc/benchmarking.md - is this file even relevant anymore?
doc/bips.md - It's ok, but maybe links to the Bitcoin Cash spec should be added
doc/developer-notes.md - search for "Core"
doc/fuzzing.md
doc/dnsseed-policy.md - talks about UAHF, seems non-relevant now. Link to bitcoin-seeder is obsolete now that seeder is in tree. Not sure about the rest.
doc/fuzzing.md - maybe the whole file can be removed? not sure if it's even relevant anymore
doc/reduce-traffic.md - went though initial de-Coreification, but not sure if the information is relevant anymore
doc/translation_process.md - Contains many Core references. Not sure if the file can be removed, or if it's still relevant.

doc/travis-ci.md - I think it's not relevant for ABC, and can be removed.
