Remove extraneous file

To be honest, I lack a bit the knowledge to review this properly. I would recommend using ABC in capital if that's possible as this is how it is used elsewhere.

Maybe @mbhinder could do a preliminary pass ?

It's all autogenerated. I'll be putting up another patch that's more complete in a bit, but I'm going to leave it all default and we can work on it as we need to change it..

I need to investigate this teamcity functionality more. For now, we can run a checked in shell script.
