Abuse can me mitigated by asking for an email address or having them take some other kind of higher friction action. It probably won't take long before it's necessary to deal with automated scripts.

We're using 12-byte examples for the nonce (payment ID) here but we're actually going to be doing 8 bytes so let's change that. The rest looks good.

Submenu alignment looks good.

The submenu is a bit offset so probably want to look into that (either in this diff or another one).

How about having the submenu (hamburger menu) rows also be magenta on hover like the buttons are? Right now they're the same blue that they are when they're the active page.

Either way is fine with me as long as there's a good way to set and retrieve values.
