Summary

Remove the associated documentation. OpenBSD instructions for building
bitcoin-abc with c++14 support are unknown. It can be re-added later if
someone needs it.

Given that you have asked around, and no-one seems to indicate usage of Bitcoin ABC on OpenBSD, I think it's fine to drop support for it.
